1.Choose your products
Choose which of our musical instruments and toys would work best in your shop or website, download the free product images and descriptions (or create your own) and add them to your store.
Advertise the products on your website, market-place or shop, and wait for your customers to buy.
3.Upload your orders
eBay order integration comes as standard, or we can arrange a custom integration from your website to easily bulk-upload all of your customers’ orders as they come in. Or add them one by one: it’s up to you.
You pay nothing until your customers pay you. Then, as soon as we’ve received your payment, we’ll ship the orders direct to your customers using our couriers (at cost price, naturally).
When we dispatch your items, we’ll send you tracking details for you to forward to your customers. You are responsible for their ongoing customer support, though we’ll always be available to talk to you if you need it.

We aim to ship all orders received by 2pm that day. Your orders will go direct from our warehouse via our couriers to addresses you have supplied.

Online order tracking
Emails confirming dispatch, estimated arrival time and order tracking details will be sent to you, so that you can forward these to your customers.
Larger items are sent by courier and are given order tracking details, which you can then send to your customers.
Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail, which does not provide an order tracking service. In this instance, a estimated arrival time email will be sent.

No, we don’t levy any registration fees and there are no hidden charges. You’ll only be charged for the products you order, plus tax and shipping. We’ll just need to verify your business credentials, and you’ll be all set to start trading straight away.

For reasons of confidentiality, only traders registered with Tigris Wholesale have access to our prices. Once your application has been accepted, you will be able to log-in to your account and view our full product range alongside the current price for each item.
Yes – many of our customers opt for drop-shipping. You’ll set your default billing address when you register, and can provide your customer’s address for delivery whenever you place an order.
Yes, we currently ship to much of Europe. A full list of the countries we can supply is available as a drop-down when completing the checkout process.
We regret that we are unable to undertake any form of direct communication with traders’ customers, and cannot act as mediator should any disputes arise. If your customer is experiencing problems, we will work with you to help them, but our correspondence must always be with you.
Please be advised that the Sale of Goods Act states that the seller and not the manufacturer is liable for goods that do not conform to the purchase contract.
As standard, we aim for a same-day dispatch of goods which are ordered by 2 p.m. on a normal, working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this time are likely to be dispatched the following working day. Delivery times will vary according to the recipient’s country, and are always estimated, but as a rough guide:
- Mainland U.K. – Within two working days
- U.K. Highlands and Islands, including Northern Ireland – within three working days
- Rest of Europe – Within four to five working days, depending on the exact country
When you complete the checkout process, you will be given an estimated date of delivery based on the dispatch date. We regret that we are unable to accept liability for delayed orders.
Delivery costs vary according to the product ordered and the address to which you would like it delivered. Your total delivery cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, and you will be able to check this before completing any payment.
Yes – as long as the courier uses tracking references (Royal Mail, for example, does not), we will forward these to you in confirmation e-mails as soon as your orders have been dispatched.
If an item is out of stock, a notification will appear in red letters beneath the product and you will not be able to add it to your basket. We also provide a comprehensive list of our products, which will provide you with real time updates regarding stock levels, and an estimated date of arrival for new shipments containing that item.
As a new seller of our products, we understand that you’re likely to need some technical support from time to time! If you are contacted by a customer who’s having trouble with one of our products, our dedicated technician will work with you to get your customer’s item back on track.
Where necessary, we’ll send replacement parts, but please be aware that we cannot cover the costs of collecting, repairing or returning items. If you decide you would like us to repair your customer’s car at our own premises, all associated costs (including labour) are your responsibility. We do strongly advise that traders familiarise themselves by ordering samples of the products they are selling, and you may find it useful to keep a record of technical advice you receive, as a ‘ready reference’ for the future.
All of our products carry a twelve month return-to-base warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects which may occur. The two exceptions to this are batteries and chargers, which each carry a standard three month guarantee. After this time, or if parts are damaged by your customer’s own use of the item, replacements can be purchased from our trade website in the usual manner.
If the item is within the twelve month guarantee, and the parts are needed due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace it free of charge. We can send either to your premises or directly to your customer, whichever you prefer. If a part has been lost or damaged by the customer, we will supply replacements at cost price. These can be ordered via the ‘spare parts’ section on our website.
In the unfortunate event that an item should arrive damaged, the best thing to do is ask your customer for photographs, which you can then forward to us. In the case of damage to the actual body of an item, this is essential as it enables us to place a claim with the courier company. For damaged parts, it’s a good way of ensuring that we send out the correct part to your customer. Our items carry a twelve month return-to-base warranty, so we’ll supply replacement parts free of charge within this time. The exceptions to this are batteries and chargers, which have a standard three month warranty. If an item has sustained irreparable damage to its main body, we will collect the damaged item and arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Please note that, under any circumstances other than courier damage to the body itself, we are unable to accept returns.

The level of discount we’re able to apply to your account depends on the sort of services you require, as well as the number of items you purchase from us on a regular basis.
